The exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Exchange is available only if the received product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
Customers must provide unboxing video proof in case of damage or defect claims.
Exchange approval is at the sole discretion of Neta Cotton, based on the product condition.
Attach clear images or video proof of the defect/damage.
Once approved, you will be required to return the product at your own shipping cost.
After inspection, we will process an exchange for the same product or an equivalent one.
No exchanges will be processed for minor color variations due to screen differences.
We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
