At Neta Cotton, we ensure a hassle-free shopping experience with Free Shipping on all orders, including both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options. Please read our delivery policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Free Shipping
   We offer Free Shipping on all orders, whether Prepaid or COD.

There are no hidden charges or extra fees for shipping.

2. Order Processing Time
   Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping & Delivery Time
   Estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary due to location, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
   COD is available for all orders at no additional charge.

Customers must pay the full amount in cash at the time of delivery.

If a COD order is refused or returned, future COD orders may be restricted.

5. Order Tracking
   A tracking link will be shared via SMS or email once the order is shipped.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days, please contact us.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts
   The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
   If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or missing items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide an unboxing video as proof for a resolution.

8. International Shipping
   Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
